What am I missing. Track tempos are not syncing to initial track.....

I like a lot of what's going on here. Right off the bat though. Tracks are showing similar BPM but they are definitely not matching. I might be missing something easy though. Thanks!

Might be your beatgrids are not wdit correctly.
